// Sharing Sessions
The 09:30 slot on Days 2–4 is a self-registered sharing session in Room C102 — not an invited talk.
- Anyone can register — sign up at the on-site help desk.
- Under 30 minutes per sharing.
- The lineup is announced on Zulip one day ahead.
One Mac mini award goes to the best sharing of the week.
// Review & Awards
- Thursday 20:00 — draft pull request must be submitted as ready for review; updates stop.
- Thursday 20:00–22:00 — advisors review the pull requests track by track, online, in parallel with the evening invited talk, and select 8 groups to present.
- Friday morning — the 8 groups present on the main stage, 15 minutes each. After the talks, the advisor panel jointly decides 4 Mac mini awards, plus 1 for the best sharing session — 5 in total, sponsored by Sugon 中科曙光.
Selected groups take on two follow-through obligations: about 2 hours polishing their skills/mini-harness so it can be merged into the repository, and sharing their challenge history for article writing or other research analysis.
